Request Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Zoomonkey account and personal data, please complete the form below using the email address associated with your app account.

Important Information Regarding Account Deletion:

  • Permanent Data Removal: Requesting account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your profile, personal details, account history, and saved preferences will be completely removed from our active databases within 30 days.

  • Active Apple Subscriptions: Deleting your Zoomonkey account or removing the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription directly through your iOS device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) prior to requesting account deletion.

  • Verification & Processing Timeline: To protect your account security, we will verify your request against the email address on file. You may receive a verification email to confirm ownership of the account before deletion is finalized. Limited transaction records may be retained temporarily solely for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Note: If you have an active recurring subscription, you must cancel it directly in your device's App Store / iOS Account Settings to prevent future auto-renewals.
