Yes, common themes and principles exist in every breakup and common methodologies exist in all the reconciliation processes, but the length of time someone needs entirely depends on the history of the relationship, how long you’ve been broken up, and the personality types of both parties.

Phase I usually takes 15 to 30 days on average.
Phase II usually takes 20 days.
